In continuation of my Food Allergy Awareness Week Theme, the following is the list of ingredients that dairy hides in. EVERY time we buy a product, J and I have to check the ingredients list for dairy. Ingredients can and do change frequently and without warning (we've had this happen). Even if we buy multiple packages of the same item, we check every package.

Us mmommies with allergy kids sure should get an award. I always wonder what people around me are thinking at the grocery store when I stand there reading evey ingredient!
Lets see where could they hide they allergen in this product? That's usually what I'm thinking when I'm reading the label.
I tagged you :)
wow who would have thought! How long did it take you to memorize that list? Because I would have to bring it w/me everytime I go shopping if I had to check all those types of ingredients!
Just wanted to draw your attention to Laura's website. I didn't realize she has a food allergic child too.
Sue, I came to your site tonight through The Princess Diaries. I hadn't ever been to her blog before either but came to it through another. And I'm so happy I did. Thank you so much for all you have shared here about allergies. Although we do not have an allergy problem we do have a diet problem and are on the Feingold program for our 4 year old ds. After weeks of keeping a food journal, cutting out foods with artificial colors and flavors and preservatives BHA, BTA and TBHQ we are now beginning to suspect an intolerance to dairy so I have found everything you have shared to be of help to me.
Thank you.
