She's Getting Too Big
Someone, please stop my 2 year old from getting too big too fast. She's been using the potty. And I mean pooping and peeing. This has been voluntary on her part and I'll even admit mostly for J. Then again, a sick, zomby-like Mommy for 3 weeks probably doesn't instill much motivation. She's now thrilled with the chocolate reward for using the potty - so is Kayla. How can she be getting so big?
And you know it's noticeable if you hear this from your 3 year old...
Kayla - Mommy, Alysa is getting so big. She is growing up."

They do grow up so fast. That is awesome. Lindsay will hand me a diaper if she needs to be changed, and she'll sit on the potty, but that's fantastic for Alysa.
I've been fighting a cold since Thanksgiving too, and the girls at first were coughing, and no they have the flu, on top of being Christmas busy, I've been slacking at blogging lately too.
I hope you feel better soon.
congrats on potty training! Claire was 2 when she was trained, it made life easier, but I remember crying because she was growing.
I still ask her not to grow anymore.....she doesn't listen!
that's awsome that she's been using the potty on her own like that!
