Yes, I know, I've been a slacker. I apologize. The trip to LA got me behind, but then I had my shopping trip to Lancaster. I had fun and got some good deals. But then I came home to Kayla with a stomach virus. I'm still waiting for the other shoe to drop on that one with Thanksgiving tomorrow. So this has put me behind on both my blog and reading, add to that we are hosting Turkey Day dinner as we always do. I got the food shopping done last night and currently have baguette rolls in the bread machine. I also have to make a chocolate "cream" pie and a Cheese-less danish for tomorrow. Oh, I have to clean the house too. Being away two weekends in a row does not do wonders for the house. And, oh yeah - Alysa turns 3 next Wednesday and her party is the Saturday after her birthday. At least her party will be fairly small as far as parties go. Mostly family and a few friends - guess there is an upside to having a birthday this time of year. At least for now - she'll be perfectly happy this year with a smaller party. But she has been asking for her cousins to be here. Too bad Ohio is so far away...

So I apologize again and promise to catch up once tomorrow is over.
